Training and development
The Testing Company will be directly involved in training and development initiatives to empower communities.
Laboratory staff will be locally recruited and trained for ease of communication and familiarity with the landscape.
Members from the local communities will eventually be employed by Cannalytics Africa, to operate the satellite facilities (MobileLabs).
